Track pen problems

hello everyone!,
so recently i've been making more puripictures but I think there is a problem with the track pen feature (drawing) i've noticed this problem before but I just ignored it because i though it was a temporary problem but apparently not ^^; what happens is after your puripicture is completed and your redirected to the viewing page the Picture, if you used the track pen, tends to have messed up, by that i mean it looks as if you scribbled all over your picture with the pen when you haven't so, I was wondering why does this happen? and am I the only one with this problem or have others have others had the same issue?
