So my legs were really killing me because I'm starting to work out/jog in order to become fit. My muscles aren't quite used to strenuous activity and vigorous workouts so they really start to hurt and then I start walking all wobbly.
I thought that I just needed to stretch my muscles out first so I decided to look up some stretches so I thought, I should look up some yoga stretches since they look really calming and simple. Since, I'm not flexible, I looked up some beginner stretches and suprisingly, I could actually do them! xD
I finally can lift my own legs up while laying down! LOL. Well, anyways, yoga is actually really relaxing and it's a great way to relieve stress and get rid of negative energy. Whoa, for some reason I feel really spiritual now too! :O
My leg pain has subsided, so it's all good.
