Ahh! my sailor mercury cosplay is almost complete, except I can't get the boots. Darn conventions being like a week away. I really blame my exams for me not remembering to order them >_>

I looked everywhere for potential material, but there isn't anywhere in my area that sells any durable material. I got blue dye for boots, though. XD

Why don't you just buy the materials at a local shop and make them? Aren't they just blue boots? That shouldn't be difficult.
