Why is it that I go away to do homework for 10 minutes, and in that ten minutes the guy I like hangs out with my group of friends, shows them all his tattoo and then goes to class???

Awe that totally sucks. Maybe you should do your hw another time. Is he avoiding you? I hope not. Why don't you confront him about it unless you are as shy as me then maybe not, but I'll give you props if you get the courage to ask him about it.
