I like this guy and hes new to the school...~love at first sight i guess..but im a shy but cheerful person~~ and i really wanna talk to him but im scared to approach him.. his name is ulf (i think that is how youu spell it) and he is from norway.. he has the cutest dimples ever ~~ ohh god im in love~~ i really want to get to know him ^^ so please give me advice..any advice would be helpful ~~

start from basic :) be friends :DD use something a way that you could talk to him. me my firends uses the "survey question" you since we're in college we reason that it's for a project and everything.. :DDD

You shouldn't be scared to talk to someone. If you never talk to anyone then you can never get to know them. Just try and gather up the courage to say hi and just start a casual conversation with him. ^-^
