Any suggestions on being active? Hehe, normally I go for a 2 hour walk every night, but I wonder what else I can do? My school doesn't offer many sports... any advice? :D Gotta try and be fit!
You can try yoga or aerobics at home. Or you can play Wii Fit (Or Wii Fit Plus). I do both of those things (Play Wii Fit Plus & do exercise routines on work out DVDs). I also go for walks, like you do. Depending on the time of year you could take up swimming at a local pool. Swimming works out your entire body. And it's fun to do. *Smile* You could try wearing a pedometer to make yourself more aware of how much you're moving around in the day. If there is a youth group in your area you could go there to play basketball or whatever else they have available. It's also a good way to meet new friends. *Smile* I hope you figure something out! It's already great that you're walking. I'll be cheering for you. *Smile*
