It started off with me going to bed at 4:30am only to wake up at 8am to babysit my mom's best friends son. I ended up falling asleep on their couch while watching him. His dad actually walked in the house while I was sleeping to pick up something and tried to be quiet because I was asleep. When I woke up and noticed he was there I felt pretty bad because I had fallen asleep - they're not paying me to sleep, they're paying me to watch their kid. I went and apologized but he actually said: "Oh no, he was actually really calm while you were asleep. When you're awake he goes nuts." That was a big surprise. I guess from now on when I babysit I'll be sure to fall asleep more often. xD

When I got back home I had to drive my mom and grandma to Loew's to pick up several maintenance things for the house which included a length of hose and ten boards that we had to somehow stick into my grandma's station wagon. Luckily, everything fit and only one scratch on the arm and a car ride home later, I finally got to get into our pool!

Yes! For the first time this year I managed to go swimming in an outdoor pool. :D It was chilly, but very worth it. After a few hours of swimming in our own pool, me and my mom took the convertible a few towns over and went swimming again in our friends pool. It was a blast, but the adults were party poopers.

I'd have to say today definitely felt like an actual summer vacation day. The barbecue especially made it seem that way. :D All in all, besides the screaming little girls and the booger eating boys, today wasn't so bad.

Well, so far I've posted a blog every day that I've been a member of this site... which is a whopping three days. Some of the blogs that I've posted say that I wrote them on the same day, but that's mainly because I'm usually on around 2-3am and the next one comes later that day. But I can assure you, there's at least one a day.

In other news I kept my promise and took some pictures of myself today. (Even though it was after I logged on and re-read my latest post where I promised to do so xD). I put the pictures in the box at the top of my profile where I attempted to be a girl. I dunno if I worked out, though. > >

So yeah, if anyone bothers to take a look please leave me a nice comment and I'll be nice to you back and comment on some of your pictures!

Well, I've been on this site for a whole two days now and I just don't know if I fit in. =/ The people that I've met so far are really nice and leave me thoughtful and polite comments on my artwork/pictures... but I just don't know. Everything that I upload I have to bring myself to add all of the little girlie stickers and attempt to find a frame that doesn't cut out too much of the picture. (Being a double art major probably has that effect on me, though).

From tomorrow on I've decided to try to start taking pictures of myself with my camera so I'll actually have to-date photos to upload and hopefully have a better time digitally enhancing them using the tools this site provides.

I know I'm being way too serious - I just need to sit back and relax. There's nothing serious about this site besides the super cool prizes that you can win in the contests - which I've been aiming for!

But anyways, I guess the main idea behind this entire blog post is that not being a super girlie Asian makes me feel out of place - Haha!

Yup, it's official: no more Chowder. According to C.H. Greenblatt's blog, after the end of this year Chowder is officially done! Here's an excerpt from one of his latest blogs:

"The final regular episode of Chowder premieres this Monday (April 5) at 9 pm Pacific. I don't know if we ever stayed in the same time slot for more than a month during premieres, so it seems fitting to change again right before the last one. It's been a good run of 49 half-hours and I hope people enjoyed it. It's been one of the best experiences I've ever had. Thanks to everyone who watched. Our finale special, Chowder Grows Up, doesn't have an air date yet, but as soon as I find out, I'll post it."

Basically, there will be new episodes airing until the end of the year which is better than nothing I suppose. :( And according to Greenblatt, "Chowder Grows Up" is going to be 20 years in the future where we get to meet the kid that will be Chowder's apprentice. He said he had always wanted to do something like that from the first few days that he pitched Chowder modeling it after Dragon Ball Z where you jump to the future and follow the next generation. This is also supposed to be a half hour special.

What I have to say about the whole thing is I'm really upset. :( Chowder is my absolute favorite show and it's being canceled already! It's only been on the air for a few years. I also believe that Flapjack is going down with it. :( My entire TV life was just flushed down the toilet. Awesome.

Hello everyone! I just found this website yesterday, and I actually really love it! Though I definitely don't belong here, the community looks like a good one and as though they'll accept me - which is always a plus ^___^.

For the most part I'll probably be uploading pictures that I find on the internet that I find to be interesting. Heck, maybe one day I'll post some of my art! But I don't think that's what this site is all about, which is another reason why I don't belong, haha.

Anyways, enough of my negativity. Don't be afraid to talk to me! I'm actually in desperate need of some friends (I have like, 2.. haha). And, as the title says, I feel like being social!
