How do I enter a contest?
Click on the contest you want to enter. Click on the big button that reads "Click here to Enter Your PuriPic!". When you click the button, your PuriCutePics will be displayed. Answer the question in the white box by using one of your PuriCutePic. Click on your PuriCutePic that best answers the question and click "Submit Image to Contest". You are now entered in the contest! Good luck!
What are the durations of the contest?
The duration of each contest is displayed at the top of each contest page.
Can I enter more than 1 contest?
Yes, you can enter as many contests as you like. Note: You can only have 1 entry per contest.
Why are the contests U.S. only?
We would love to open contests internationally but there are a lot of laws and each are different depending on the country.
Etsy describes this problem well.
How do I remove my entry from the contest?
Click "Contest" on the top nav bar or click the brown contest button. Click on the blue tab called "My Entries". This page shows all of your current entries. Next to your PuriCutePic entry on the right, click on the red box with the 'x' and you will be removed from the contest. Note: If you remove yourself from the contest, you will not be able to enter that contest using a new PuriCutePic.
Does every contest require votes to win?
No, every contest does not require votes. Some contest winners are randomly chosen and others are chosen by the contest holder. Each contest will state in the description how the winners are chosen.
Are there contests that repeat?
Yes. Currently, the Sticker Picture Contest is repeated weekly and the 500 Points Contest is repeated daily.
How are the winner selected?
Currently, there are 3 methods of how winners are selected. 1) highest amount of votes 2) random, or 3) chosen by the contest holder. EX: If the contest winners are chosen by votes and there are 5 winners, the top 5 entries with the highest votes will win.
How do I know if I won?
We will email you, using the email associated with your account, that you have won. You will also receive a message in your inbox from puricute stating that you won and instructions on how to redeem your prize. Note that there will be an official badge in the your message so that you know the message is authentic.
This badge in your message (not email) means it's from PuriCute.com. Please
notify us if you do not see the badge in your message and the message is not from the admin user 'puricute'.
What is "Suggest a Question"?
You can suggest the next question you want to answer in the sticker picture and points contest since these contest repeat weekly and daily.
How many times can i vote on "Suggest a Question"?
You can vote on any single question once a day.
What are the official rules for entering a contest?
By entering any contest, you agree to these
official rules along with any other rules stated in the contest description. If there are other unique rules other than the official rules, they will be stated in the description of the contest.
